So stoked for Ugly Beauty to play at the Lily Pad this Saturday! This group (me, guitar/ Jef Charland, bass / Jared Seabrook, drums) played years ago and I’ve always wanted to get it going again. Well, here we are. This is a NO JAZZ ZONE. We take our favorite Monk tunes and put em thru the wringer: punk Monk, noir Monk, slide guitar Monk, noise Monk. MONK!
